Job summary

Sanity Group GmbH seeks a Marketing Manager to own marketing for its new Poland clinic network. You will drive patient journeys from first contact to booked consultations and build a local brand from scratch. Freedom to launch, test, and adjust campaigns in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will create a simple marketing plan, coordinate content, and work with partners to extend reach. Polish and English fluency are required, with experience in digital channels and analytics to optimize

Qualifications

• Proven digital marketing experience driving leads and bookings.
• Experience setting up marketing from scratch, ideally in startup/early-stage environments.
• Excellent communication with clinic teams, partners, and brand teams.
• Ability to manage or optimize a website/landing page and coordinate content.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient journey end‑to‑end from first contact to booked consultation.
• Develop a simple, effective marketing plan to drive awareness and bookings.
• Build local brand and reputation in the Polish market.
• Extend reach through joint marketing with pharmacy and distribution partners.
• Run and optimize digital campaigns across main channels.
• Track leads, conversions, cost per booking, and report progress.
• Stay aligned with central marketing to fit branding.
