Canva is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist for Poland to drive incremental user growth through smart media investments and strong optimization across channels. You will work with the Poland Marketing Lead and creative teams to ensure effective post-click experiences and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day media buying, optimization and pacing across channels in Poland.
• Translate priorities into concrete strategy and plans with Global Growth Marketing and Poland Lead.
• Lead budget allocation reviews and manage the experiment roadmap.
• Partner with Data to run incrementality studies and calibrate MMMs.
