Job summary

Global Maritime is seeking a Manager E&S/MS for Poland to lead the Engineering & Software and Marine Services streams locally. You will drive execution, growth, and profitability, working with regional leaders to align with Poland’s strategy and objectives.

You will own the local P&L, lead multidisciplinary teams, and develop client relationships to expand electrical design services beyond Poland. A strategic, communicative leader is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marine, Electrical or related engineering; chartered status preferred.
• Experience managing P&L across multiple teams and locations.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-relations capability.
• Right to live and work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering organisation within Poland.
• Own P&L performance and delivery of high-quality engineering services.
• Drive business development and expand service offerings in Poland.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to optimize resources and delivery.
• Oversee complex, multi-disciplinary projects ensuring client satisfaction and contractual compliance.
