Job summary

BYD Europe BV is seeking a Poland Community Operations Specialist to grow and activate the local owner community. You will work with owners, sales, after-sales, marketing and HQ to develop engaging content, host events, and drive meaningful conversations that connect the brand with Polish users.

You will turn owner stories into community content, launch local campaigns, and nurture relationships with key owners to create a vibrant, active community both online and offline.

Qualifications

• Experience in growing and engaging online communities.
• Ability to create locally relevant content and campaigns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and growth of the Poland community.
• Develop strategies to boost activity and user-generated content.
• Build relationships with owners and ambassadors to drive participation.
• Plan and execute local owner events and offline activities across Poland.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, After-sales, and HQ to align initiatives.
• Monitor metrics like active users, posts, engagement, and retention.
