Job summary

Imperial Brands PLC is seeking a PMO professional to ensure governance, visibility and control across the project portfolio. You will partner with project teams, drive informed decisions through data, and uphold standard PMO practices with a proactive improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Project and programme management knowledge across lifecycles, governance, and controls.
• Highly organized with strong analytical capabilities and data quality focus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills in English, effective at all levels.
• Ability to work well within an international team.
• Proficient in the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Customer-focused, service-oriented mindset with responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive PMO service to support the delivery of programmes.
• Administer, organise and facilitate Governance meetings (e.g., Programme Steering Groups, Workshops, etc).
• Facilitate the programme internal information exchange via a centralised information, tool & methods hub.
• Pro-actively seek for areas of improvements to processes and procedures for the successful delivery of programmes on time, in scope and budget.
• Facilitate and support governance framework processes while keeping close alignment with GSC Project Portfolio to ensure compliance.
• Assist Programme and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle and support on identification, tracking and following up on issues, risks, and actions.
