Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в техническом/платформенном управлении продуктами или лидерстве в инженерной команде.
• Умение расставлять приоритеты технических дорожных карт для внутренних заказчиков.
• Опыт обсуждения архитектуры и чтения технической документации, диаграмм систем и API спецификаций.

Responsibilities

• Владение дорожной картой IAM и Messaging, приоритизация запросов от команд и требований по безопасности.
• Разбиение крупных инициатив на итеративные релизы; формирование спецификаций и бэклога; работа с API контрактами и жизненным циклом сервисов.
• Служить основным контактом для внутренних клиентов, интегрирующих IAM и Messaging; сопровождение внедрения и сбор обратной связи.
• Отслеживание adoption, надежности, времени интеграции, безопасности и стоимости, совместная работа с командами Security/Architecture/Infrastructure.

• Own and evolve the roadmap for IAM and Messaging, prioritizing engineering demand, security and compliance requirements, and platform scalability;
• break major initiatives into iterative releases Turn engineering needs into clear specifications and a prioritized backlog, translating requirements from stream-aligned teams into well-shaped work using PRDs/SDDs in git and the Spec-Driven / AI-First Delivery practice Co-design architecture trade-offs, API contracts, and service-level requirements with the Platform Engineering Manager and Senior Engineers Own service and API lifecycle decisions, including versioning, deprecation, and backward compatibility Serve as the primary contact for internal customers integrating with IAM and Messaging;
• lead discovery, onboarding, support model development, and feedback loops Define and track adoption, reliability, integration time, security posture, and cost metrics Partner with Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure to meet compliance and security standards and align with the Technology Framework Communicate roadmaps, trade-offs, and priorities to engineering leadership and stakeholder teams;

Требования

• 5+ Years in Technical / Platform Product Management or engineering leadership, with a significant portion in technical, platform, or developer-facing product roles Able to prioritize technical roadmaps for internal engineering customers against competing demands Solid software-engineering fundamentals;
• able to participate in architecture discussions, read technical documentation, system diagrams, and API specifications, and reason about trade-offs Strong understanding of API design, versioning, documentation, and lifecycle management, including deprecation and backward compatibility Working knowledge of backend systems, messaging and event-driven architectures, and authentication and authorization protocols Familiarity with SLAs/SLOs, uptime, latency, and cloud infrastructure Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical/technical experience Professional-level English, spoken and written Будет плюсом: experience with authentication or messaging systems, familiarity with GDPR consent and email deliverability at scale, experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), and modern CI/CD (GitHub Actions), experience facilitating InnerSource or community-driven contributions to shared services, interest or experience in Spec-Driven Development and AI coding assistants, background in Scientific Publishing
