Job summary

Ledgy is seeking an Engineering Manager for our agent and developer platform. You will lead a team of 4-6 engineers responsible for infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, security posture, and platform capabilities that power thousands of employees worldwide.

You’ll partner with our CISO to define security practices as AI agents become core contributors to code, mentor engineers, and shape the platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Engineering Management and 6+ years as Software Engineer.
• Strong platform/infrastructure/DevOps background.
• Experience with AI tooling and agent-enabled development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of platform engineers for AI-enabled workflows.
• Define technical direction and SLOs for pipelines.
• Collaborate with CISO on security strategy for AI-driven systems.
• Partner with Head of Engineering and CTO on platform roadmap.
