Job summary

Avenga Poland is seeking a mid to senior level software engineer focused on DevSecOps, AI-assisted development, and secure infrastructure. You will integrate secure, scalable solutions into engineering workflows, collaborate across teams, and continuously improve the developer experience.

Key skills include Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions), scripting (Bash/PowerShell), and programming with Python/TypeScript/React.

Qualifications

• Strong DevSecOps fundamentals and mindset.
• Experience or strong conceptual understanding of AI in software development.
• Solid understanding of Git-based workflows and modern collaboration practices.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes/OpenShift and container tech like Docker.
• Experience with Terraform and IDPs/Backstage.
