Job summary

Aptitude Software in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the platform engineering and operations team for Fynapse, our SaaS product hosted for clients worldwide. You will help build reliable, secure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, while supporting day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DevOps/SRE with Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools. The role offers hybrid work, competitive salary with bonus, private healthcare, life and disability

Qualifications

5+ years in DevOps, platform engineering or SRE with at least 2 years in Azure.
Hands-on IaC using Terraform/OpenTofu.
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions) and Kargo, Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of Azure services and cloud architecture.
Experience managing AKS and containerized environments.
Experience with monitoring/logging using Grafana stack.
On-call incident response experience.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain platform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
Ensure high availability, performance and cost-efficiency of cloud resources.
Take operational responsibility for monitoring, incident response and on-call rotation.
Collaborate with security to apply DevSecOps principles.
Work with engineering teams on cross-team project shaping and knowledge sharing.
