Pmx Group in Poland is seeking a Production Engineer to support plastics injection molding, optimize process parameters for stability, quality and efficiency, and run trials for new projects.

You will prepare and update technical documentation, monitor production indicators, collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, R&D), and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring automotive standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field (Production/Mechanical/Automation/Plastics Technology) or related.
• Experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Practical knowledge of plastics injection molding processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of tools and methodologies used for production process improvement.
• Ability to work with technical documentation.
• Good command of English for effective communication in an international environment.
• Independence, responsibility and good organizational skills.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• providing technological support and supervision of the plastics injection molding process,
• optimizing process parameters to ensure process stability, quality and efficiency,
• analyzing process-related issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions,
• conducting technological and process trials,
• participating in the launch of new projects, machines, molds and production processes,
• preparing and updating process and technological documentation,
• monitoring process parameters and production performance indicators,
• identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce process losses,
• supporting the implementation of technological and engineering changes,
• providing technical support to production in solving day-to-day process issues,
• cooperating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and R&D departments,
• participating in continuous improvement projects,
• ensuring compliance with applicable quality, safety and automotive industry standards.
