Job summary

Marelli is seeking a Plant MFE Welding Engineer to join the Manufacturing Green Technologies team in Sosnowiec, Poland. You will analyse welding technology for new products and supervise ongoing welding processes.

This role requires a higher technical education in welding, English proficiency, and at least three years of hands-on welding experience. You will develop technical documentation and contribute to employee training and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in welding engineering or related field.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with welding development and methods: MIG/MAG/TIG.
• Relevant welding certifications (IWE/IWT/IWS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of production technologies and lean manufacturing is beneficial.
• Understanding of welding processes, pipe forming, and assembly.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities
