Marelli is seeking a Plant MFE Welding Engineer to join the Manufacturing Green Technologies team in Sosnowiec, Poland. You will analyze welding technology for new products, supervise ongoing welding processes, and develop technical documentation.

Qualifications

Higher technical education in welding engineering.
Professional proficiency in English.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings.
Expertise in technology development and welding methods (MIG, MAG, TIG).
Relevant welding certification (IWE/IWT/IWS).
Knowledge of production technologies and new product launches.
Understanding of welding processes, pipe forming, and assembly.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

Analysis of new products in terms of welding technology.
Supervision of ongoing welding process.
Preparation and evaluation of technical documentation according to specified standards.
Development of technological documentation.
Supporting the development of employee competencies and welding processes.
Selection of welding conditions and parameters for manufactured products.
