Air Liquide is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer in Kraków to convert complex project scope into a controlled execution roadmap. The Planning and Scheduling department ensures predictable EPC project delivery by converting complex scope into a controlled execution roadmap. Planning defines what work must be done and how to sequence it, while scheduling determines and monitors the tasks by assigning dates, durations, and resources ie. both the vision and actions towards project delivery. The department shall provide the necessary services to safeguard the critical path and mitigate delay risks from proposal, FID, execution through FIP.
We are seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will create, track, and manage project schedules from the proposal stage through execution. You will work closely with different departments to keep projects on time, on budget, and running smoothly. The Planning & Scheduling Engineer, serves as the foundational architect of the project’s “source of truth.” At this level, the strategic focus is on Operative Effectiveness—ensuring that the baseline schedule is technically robust and transparent.
