Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Consultant in Warsaw to drive transformation across end-to-end planning and fulfillment using SAP IBP. You will advise clients, design IBP solutions, and lead forecasting improvements, connecting planning with manufacturing, procurement and logistics.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in consulting or SAP-enabled projects, strong analytical skills, and excellent English. The role involves hybrid work with European travel to client sites.

ABOUT TEAM AND WORK:

Join us as a Planning & Fulfillment Consultant and become part of business transformation and technology-enabled reinvention programs for leading industrial clients.

You will advise clients on how to redesign and improve end-to-end planning and fulfillment capabilities, translating business challenges into future processes and SAP-enabled solutions. You will combine planning expertise, quantitative forecasting skills and foundational SAP IBP configuration capabilities to help clients build more integrated, responsive and data-driven supply chains.

THE WORK:

• Advise clients on planning and fulfillment transformation, assessing current capabilities and defining future-state processes across demand planning, supply planning, inventory and order fulfillment.
• Translate business requirements into SAP IBP solution design, including foundational functional configuration, planning structures, data models and forecasting approaches.
• Design and improve forecasting capabilities in SAP IBP, applying statistical methods, evaluating forecast accuracy drivers and optimizing models for relevant demand patterns.
• Facilitate workshops and structure complex business problems, turning analytical findings and stakeholder input into clear recommendations, roadmaps and transformation priorities.
• Connect planning with the broader supply chain and technology landscape, collaborating across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, data and SAP teams to ensure coherent end-to-end solutions.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in engineering, supply chain, economics, data science, information systems or a related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation or SAP-enabled planning projects, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning and fulfillment processes, with particular expertise in demand planning and forecasting and their integration with supply planning, inventory, manufacturing and logistics.
• Hands‑on SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) experience, including demand planning, planning data models, statistical forecasting, direct optimization of forecasting models within IBP and foundational functional configuration.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, including practical knowledge of time‑series analysis, statistics and econometrics, with the ability to assess forecast performance, understand demand patterns and translate analytical findings into business recommendations.
• Consulting and advisory skills, including structured problem solving, requirements definition, workshop facilitation and translating business challenges into process and technology solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Understanding of SAP IBP integration, master data and its connection with the broader SAP S/4HANA and enterprise technology landscape.
• Experience designing target processes, operating models or transformation roadmaps for planning and fulfillment functions.
• Practical experience with advanced analytics or machine‑learning techniques relevant to planning, such as product clustering or similarity detection.
• Experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing or another asset‑intensive industry.
• German or French language skills.

We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
