Design end-to-end warehouse process flows and key solution dependencies, including master data, inventory movements, handling units, warehouse structure, labor and equipment considerations, and integration with adjacent supply chain processes. Facilitate client workshops, structure complex warehouse challenges and develop process designs, recommendations, implementation priorities and transformation roadmaps. Collaborate across logistics, procurement, manufacturing, sales and technology teams to ensure warehouse solutions integrate effectively with SAP S/4HANA and the broader enterprise landscape.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, information systems or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation or SAP-enabled warehouse and internal logistics projects, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and internal logistics processes, including inbound, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, staging, packing, inventory management and outbound execution. Hands-on functional experience with SAP EWM and/or SAP WM, including the ability to translate business requirements into solution design and perform foundational functional configuration using standard SAP capabilities. Consulting and advisory skills, including structured problem solving, requirements definition, fit-to-standard assessment, workshop facilitation and clear communication with business and technology stakeholders; excellent written and spoken English is required.
