Accenture in Warsaw is seeking an Industrial Process & Functional SAP Consultant with SAP S/4HANA experience in MM/PP/SD. You will lead end-to-end industrial process redesign, translate business needs into SAP-enabled solutions, and support transformation roadmaps across global clients.

You will facilitate workshops, align requirements with stakeholders, and ensure smooth integration across materials management, production, and sales processes in a hybrid work setting.

ABOUT TEAM AND WORK:

Join us as an Industrial Process & Functional SAP Consultant with SAP MM or PP or SD and become part of business transformation and SAP-enabled programs for leading industrial clients. You will advise clients on redesigning core industrial processes and translating business needs into practical SAP-enabled solutions. You will work at the intersection of process transformation and technology, connecting materials management, production and order fulfillment. Your role will focus on future-state process design, SAP solution shaping and foundational functional configuration that enables integrated and scalable operations. Match to requirements matters. But so does being open-minded, growth-oriented, agile in connecting dots and able to see the bigger picture.

THE WORK:

Advise clients on redesigning and harmonizing end-to-end industrial processes across materials management, production planning and execution, and sales and order fulfillment. Assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities and define future-state processes, business requirements and priorities using fit-to-standard principles. Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA solution concepts and foundational configuration across SAP MM or PP or SD. Facilitate client workshops, structure business challenges and develop recommendations, process models, decision materials and transformation roadmaps. Collaborate across business and technology teams to manage dependencies in organizational structures, master data and integration with warehousing, quality, finance and manufacturing systems.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in engineering, supply chain, operations, business, information systems or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation or SAP-enabled projects in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end industrial processes across materials management, production planning and execution, and sales and order fulfillment, including the dependencies between them.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA functional experience across MM or PP or SD, with the ability to translate business requirements into solution design and foundational configuration; expertise in at least one area is expected.
• Consulting and advisory skills, including structured problem solving, process redesign, requirements definition, workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication; excellent written and spoken English is required.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation, fit-to-standard assessment, process harmonization or global template design.
• Experience shaping target processes, implementation roadmaps or business cases for industrial transformation programs.
• Experience in industrial equipment, discrete or process manufacturing, or another asset-intensive industry.
• Exposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing, PP/DS, MES or related advanced manufacturing and planning solutions.
• German or French language skills.

Working Conditions:

Employment contract (umowa o pracę) Headquarter in Warsaw. Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required. The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
