METRO Global Solution Center PL seeks a Plan to Decide (P2D) Senior Process Expert to lead the design and rollout of template controlling processes across the organization. You will optimize SAP CO and IM modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in P2D, and strong English communication. Travel about 25% of the time is anticipated in a fast-paced ERP rollout environment.

Qualifications

Job description

The main objective of LUCA program is to successfully upgrade METRO’s Finance to SAP S/4HANA to ensure business continuity and avoid security and compliance risks. The LUCA program is, in addition, a critical enabler of METRO’s strategy to achieve standardization, harmonization, and centralization.

Plan to Decide (P2D) Senior Process Expert with solid SAP expertise to join our team. The candidate will be part of the P2D stream within a global ERP rollout, ensuring efficient and streamlined procurement processes, and optimizing the use of SAP CO and SAP IM modules within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Controlling process ownership: Responsible for design and implementation of the template controlling processes and all activities needed during country rollout ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and laws
• Roll-Out Management: Support the P2D stream in managing the future roll-out waves for all remaining Metro companies
• SAP CO and SAP IM Module Optimization: Ensure successful implementation and optimization of these modules, providing guidance and support to the team on SAP functionalities
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
• Support Stakeholder Management: Support relationship management with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure that all P2D processes are integrated and synchronized with business needs

Qualification and Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a P2D process stream with a proven track record in managing such processes and implementing SAP solutions. Basic knowledge of at least one P2D-specific industry solution is desired
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Project Management: Project management skills, experience in the big transformation/implementation project will be a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel: Around 25% of working time
