Job summary

Revolut Ltd in Poland is seeking a Phone Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers in English. You’ll resolve issues, guide users, and represent Revolut with professionalism across channels.

The role requires 18+ months of phone-support experience in English, a bachelor's degree, strong communication, and a problem-solving mindset. Night and weekend shifts may apply to support 24/7 coverage, with full compensation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) is required.
• 18+ months of experience performing phone support in English.
• Bachelor's degree and ability to provide provisional certificate.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Strong writing, analytical, and IT skills; independent, problem-solving approach.

About The Role
Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.
We’re looking for a Phone Support Specialist to take ownership of customer issues, think deeper to find solutions, and contribute to the way we support our customers every day.
To support our 24/7 coverage, this role may include night and weekend shifts, which are fully compensated.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing customers with an outstanding experience, making sure customers feel secure whilst using our features
• Providing excellent customer service via our in-app live chat and over the phone
• Representing Revolut at all times
• Collaborating with other international teams members to tackle any customer disruption
  

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in English (C1 level or higher)
• 18+ months of experience performing phone support in English
• A bachelor's degree (must be able to provide at least a provisional certificate)
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
• Great writing, analytical, and IT skills
• An independent, problem-solving approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• Empathy and a love for helping people
• The ability to handle multiple platforms at the same time
• To be driven and self-motivated with a highly flexible team player attitude
