Job summary

Ergomed Group is seeking a pharmacovigilance professional to join our global team. You will support project activities, develop ICSR KPIs and ensure accurate tracking of safety data across client projects.

With 3-4 years in PV and at least 1 year in a line manager role, you will coordinate cross-functional activities, review data quality, and serve as SME. English fluent is required; polish language not needed.

Qualifications

• Life science graduate or healthcare qualification with pharmacovigilance experience.
• 3–4 years in pharmacovigilance with at least 1 year in a line manager role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Delegation, planning and time management.
• Technical skills and teamwork.
• English fluent (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to project team activities for the client and company.
• Create and maintain KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, optimizing procedures and trainings.
• Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead.
• Manage ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support.
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy.
• Process ICSR and perform 2nd QC of cases.
• Support other departments.
• Act as team SME.
• Support the RA & PV Network Department as needed, including acting as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance for the specified country and taking on the role of PRLS.
