Job summary

PrimeVigilance is seeking an experienced Pharmacovigilance professional for a senior role focused on team leadership and operational excellence. You will manage ICSR staff, develop project KPIs, and lead process improvements across the PV workflow to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Life science graduate or healthcare qualification with pharmacovigilance exposure.
• 5-6 years in pharmacovigilance, at least 3 years in a line manager role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Good delegation, planning and time management skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Advanced MS Office literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to project team activities for the client and company.
• Line manage assigned ICSR staff.
• Create and maintain project KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.
• Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead.
• Manage ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support.
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy.
• Be involved in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases.
• Support other departments as instructed by ICSR Operational Lead.
• Operate as team SME and support other SMEs.
• Support RA & PV Network Department, act as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance for the country, and PRLS for the designated language.
