Job summary

Galderma is seeking an experienced Serialization Project Manager to lead projects across the serialization and traceability environment in Krakow, Poland. You will own planning, budgets, risks and stakeholder communication, coordinating with the PMO and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong governance, budget ownership, and ability to drive delivery in a regulated pharmaceutical context. Onsite presence is expected with 4 days in Krakow.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex IT or technology projects.
• Proven ownership of budgets, timelines, risks and project delivery.
• Experience with PMO teams and structured methodologies.
• Strong waterfall delivery experience; Agile knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through to delivery and close.
• Own project timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, issues and actions.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure clear accountability across activities.
• Prepare and lead project governance and steering committee meetings.
• Monitor delivery against scope, timelines and budget.
• Work with PMO and follow established project methodology.
• Support resource planning, budget management and prioritisation.
• Build relationships across IT, business units, vendors and partners.
