Johnston Meier Insurance Agencies Group in Richmond, BC is hiring a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Advisor. You will service clients, provide renewal terms and quotes, and update evaluators in a paperless environment.

We value licensed professionals with knowledge of Personal Lines, strong communication, and customer service skills. Eligible candidates hold a Level 2 General Insurance license or Level 1 with intent to upgrade; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Level 2 General Insurance Salesperson license or Level 1 with plan to upgrade to Level 2 within 18 months.
• Minimum of 1 year of Personal Lines insurance office experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using company portals, Word and Excel.
• Willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Job Summary

Johnston Meier Insurance has a full-time position available for a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to at our No. 2 Rd office in Richmond. If you have a General Insurance Level 2 License or a Level 1 and are willing to learn plus at least one year of insurance office experience, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Provide renewal terms and optional quotes when required
• Update evaluators when necessary
• Provide new quotes on all Personal Lines types of business
• Offer additional products to provide Complete Customer Portfolios

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
