Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing/creative strategy for ecommerce/DTC brands.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok and evolving channels.
• Define personas, angles and messaging frameworks for campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts across static, video and emerging formats; brief designers and creators.
• Write and oversee performance copy including hooks, headlines, scripts, voiceovers.
