Job summary

FX Well at Under Armour Performance Center is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to guide members through tailored workouts and education. You will design safe, effective programs, assess progress, and promote lasting lifestyle changes.

With support from a collaborative team and manager, you will build relationships, track outcomes, and contribute to FX Well's evolving fitness offerings and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Current personal training certification from at least one nationally recognized organization (ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM)
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience conducting fitness consultations or assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions tailored to each client’s goals, fitness level, and needs.
• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments to understand client goals, movement quality, health history, and training opportunities.
• Design and implement individualized exercise programs focused on strength, mobility, performance, functional movement, and overall wellness.
• Educate clients on fitness principles, healthy habits, basic nutrition concepts, and long-term lifestyle change.
• Provide an exceptional client experience through preparation, professionalism, energy, and consistent follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through self-promotion, networking, referrals, and relationship-building.
