Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive People Operations experience across onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and process design.
• Ability to operate at both altitudes: building org-wide process and executing hands-on operational work.
• Experience in scrappy startup environments where the People function was small or being built.
• Employee relations experience with the judgment to handle routine matters independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort and fluency with HRIS tools and willingness to learn new tools quickly.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day People Operations including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HRIS, and compliance.
• Be first point of contact for policies, benefits, and People matters.
• Design org-wide processes and documentation for growth and scale.
• Handle day-to-day employee relations matters with discretion.
• Develop employee engagement programs for a fully remote workforce.
• Support recruiting operations during hiring demand and learn/operate Greenhouse.
• Ensure compliance across a mixed workforce (employees, contractors, volunteers).
