Job summary

bolttech Poland is seeking a Junior People Operations Specialist to support the Poland market with day-to-day HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, and employee data management. The role offers exposure to global People Solutions projects, HR technology like Oracle, and cross-functional collaboration with People Partners, managers and employees.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of first experience in People Operations or HR Services, preferably international
• Solid understanding of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional HR certifications are an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support Poland market Employee Services across the lifecycle.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding with documentation and system updates.
• Respond to routine HR queries with guidance from senior team members.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Support payroll and benefits administration activities and data checks.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-country HR projects.
• Prepare simple reports and trackers for team delivery.
