Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as HRBP/People Partner in international settings.
• Strong knowledge across HR disciplines including Polish labor law.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence leaders.
• Curious for new technologies/AI-enabled HR tools; proficient with HRIS and analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and organizational change.
• Ownership mindset; proactive in managing P&C matters.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building; able to challenge leaders.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Aufgaben

• Partner with leaders and employees to support high-performing teams, workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational effectiveness.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and change management.
• Serve as the local People & Culture contact for the Warsaw office, supporting engagement and local matters.
• Use people data and workforce insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead and support key People & Culture programs, processes, and projects across the employee lifecycle, including talent management initiatives.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve People processes, enhance decision-making, and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with People Operations to ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and data privacy.
• Build strong relationships across the global People & Culture team to deliver a consistent employee and leader experience.
