  • At least 3 years of proven experience in the role of HR Business Partner or HR Leader.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and compliance requirements.

  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals (3-5 people).
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and onboarding.

  • Collaborate to drive employee engagement and retention programmes.

  • Support the development and implementation of training and development programmes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Collaboration with the Regional HR Business Partner.
The Successful Applicant
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in the field of human resources, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in the role of HR Business Partner or HR Leader.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
