Mondelēz International in Warszawa is seeking a Project Manager for Productivity and Product Change initiatives within our global supply chain. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams across RD&Q, Finance, Quality, Legal and Customer Development to deliver projects on time, within cost, and of high quality.

You will drive project planning, teams, risk management and reporting, while minimizing waste and complexity.

Formación

• Solid Project Management experience and Project Management process knowledge.
• Strong meetings management and communication across stakeholders.
• Qualification – degree level or equivalent; PM qualification is advantageous.

Job Description

The Project Manager Productivity, Product Change role in Mondelēz organizational structure is responsible for managing projects focused on productivity, sustainability, DtCV, pack change or quality improvements projects in our key iconic products - from project initiation through to implementation & launch.

This role interfaces extensively with RD&Q, all functions within Global Supply Chain (Procurement, Manufacturing and Customer Service and Logistics), Finance, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights, Consumer Marketing and Customer Development / Business Planning, to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.

Responsibilities

• Project planning: facilitation of the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements.
• Cross-functional project team management; identifying and engaging cross functional representatives forming a team to deliver the project brief
• Monitoring project progress and provide corrective action if necessary.
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting to communicate clear status of projects, key timings, issues & risks
• Maintaining quality communication with all functions engaged in the project, including raising profile of projects through representation of projects at senior forums
• Ensuring that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning takes place - to keep the project on track, accelerate or stop the project if the business need exists
• Ensuring that project scopes and timing take into consideration minimizing waste (raw, pack write-offs) and unwanted complexity (utilizing existing asset platforms, SKU proliferation) to the business system
• Enabling best practice sharing by ensuring all projects are properly closed and key learning’s are documented and preparing project evaluations when required.

Qualifications

• Solid Project Management experience and Project Management process knowledge, preferably in New Product Launches or Product Change
• Working knowledge of the supply chain and basic supply chain principles an advantage
• Qualification – degree level or equivalent, Project Management qualification an advantage
• FMCG experience a benefit
• Ability to demonstrate strong meetings management, advanced facilitation and communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders
• Strong presentation skills to influence at a senior level
• Strong initiative to problem solving and framing alternative solutions and driving delivery
• Process oriented – ability to monitor, measure, report
• High level of experience with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.
• Initial team management experience a plus
