Job summary

Mondelez International, Warsaw Hub, is seeking a PCM Manager to run projects within the UK&I Bakery portfolio located in Warsaw Hub. You will independently drive projects, taking full ownership for end-to-end project management, including budget and schedule creation, ensuring quality, thorough testing and operational readiness.

• Proven experience in project management methodology.
• Ability to demonstrate strong meetings management, advanced facilitation and communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines.
• Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery.
• Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
• Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making.

We're looking for a PCM Manager to run project within UK&I Bakery portfolio located in Warsaw Hub. You will independently drive projects, taking full ownership for successful end-to-end project management, including budget and schedule creation, ensuring quality, thorough testing and operational readiness.

Your responsibilities

• Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and elevate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when needed
• Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
• Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization
• Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
• Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project deliver
• Ensuring that project scopes and timing take into consideration minimizing waste(raw, pack write-offs) and unwanted complexity (utilizing existing asset platforms, SKU proliferation) to the business system
• Initiation of finished goods Master data setup and communicate completed information to all stakeholders so all systems can be properly set up to produce, ship, sell and invoice our products
