Job summary

Growe, a leading business advisory and services group, is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support compensation programs and monthly payroll cycles in Warsaw, Poland. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and cross‑functional collaboration with Finance and People Ops.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in payroll or total rewards, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and at least an intermediate level of English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, financial controlling, or total rewards.
• Hands-on experience running monthly payroll cycles and handling multiple compensation types.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Intermediate level of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs.
• Run the monthly payroll cycle for the team: collect and validate inputs, process changes, and ensure accurate payouts.
• Act as the main point of contact for pay and benefits questions from team members.
• Track and reconcile different compensation types and flag discrepancies early.
• Partner with Finance, People Ops, and Customer Support management to align rewards practices with business needs.
• Support regular audits and reporting on compensation and benefits data.
• Suggest improvements to existing pay and benefits processes.

We need your professional experience:

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, financial controlling, or total rewards;
• Hands‑on experience running monthly payroll cycles and handling multiple compensation types (bonuses, allowances, overtime, referral payouts, and similar);
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills;
• Intermediate level of English, written and spoken.
