Job summary

A multinational organisation seeks a Payroll Lead to oversee day-to-day payroll operations in an international setting. You will manage and develop a team of payroll professionals, set priorities, allocate workload, and ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery in line with internal procedures.

The role emphasizes process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with internal teams and external providers, with a hybrid work model and permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Doświadczenie w pracy z dostawcami płac zewnętrznymi będzie atutem.
• Znajomość standardów i optymalizacji procesów płacowych.
• Silne umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne w środowisku międzynarodowym.
• Umiejętność pracy pod presją i priorytetyzowania zadań.
• Wysoka dokładność i dbałość o poufne dane pracowników.
• Płynność w języku angielskim.

Responsibilities

• Prowadzenie codziennych operacji płacowych w środowisku międzynarodowym.
• Zarządzanie, wsparcie i rozwój zespołu specjalistów ds. płac.
• Ustalanie priorytetów, przydzielanie obciążeń pracą i monitorowanie jakości dostaw płac.
• Zapewnienie prawidłowych i zgodnych z procedurami rozliczeń płacowych.
• Bycie kluczowym punktem kontaktu dla interesariuszy w sprawach płacowych.
• Koordynacja rozwiązywania złożonych problemów operacyjnych i eskalacji płacowych.
• Współpraca z zespołami wewnętrznymi i partnerami zewnętrznymi w dostawie płac.
• Monitorowanie wydajności procesów i identyfikacja możliwości usprawnień jakości i efektywności.
• Wspieranie standaryzacji i optymalizacji procesów płacowych i sposobów pracy.
• Promowanie kultury odpowiedzialności, współpracy i wysokiej jakości obsługi.

• Lead day-to-day payroll operations within an international environment.
• Manage, support and develop a team of payroll professionals, fostering effective collaboration and accountability.
• Set priorities, allocate workloads and monitor the quality and timeliness of payroll delivery.
• Ensure payroll processes are completed accurately and in line with internal procedures, compliance requirements and organisational standards.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders on payroll-related matters.
• Coordinate the resolution of complex operational issues and payroll escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners involved in payroll delivery.
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support the standardisation and optimisation of payroll processes and ways of working.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and high-quality service delivery.

Profil kandydata

The successful candidate should have:

• Strong experience in payroll operations, ideally gained within an international or multi-country environment.
• A strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll calculations, controls, reconciliations, compliance and data accuracy.
• Previous experience in managing, supporting and developing a team.
• The ability to analyse and resolve complex operational payroll matters.
• Experience working with external payroll providers would be an advantage.
• Experience in process improvement, standardisation or optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• A high level of accuracy, ownership and discretion when handling sensitive employee and payroll data.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.
