Job summary

Philip Morris International Poland is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our HR team in Kraków. You will ensure payroll data accuracy, navigate Polish legislation and support employees and managers through MyPMI.

You will own payroll changes, liaise with Social Security authorities and contribute to local and global HR initiatives within PMI's compliant, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• University degree and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in HR and personnel administration.
• Experience in professional services is a plus.
• Payroll knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Follow payroll legislation changes to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and file payroll reports to Social Security Authority.
• Process changes on Social Security website with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle employee and manager queries via MyPMI and explain P&C principles.
• Collaborate with local P&C Managers and participate in local/global initiatives.
• Support deployment of global initiatives in affiliate with other functions.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Follow up and process legislative changes to ensure that payroll data correctness and adherence to all statutory requirements
• Reports remunerations to Social Security Authority ensuring respect of Labour Law and PMI procedures ensuring correct and timelydata processing
• Perform / Upload Changes on Social Security website to the highest level ofaccuracy,confidentialityand consistency, in line with local legislation
• Register and process customer queries incoming through MyPMI. Guide customer Employees and Managers in understanding and applying P&C principles and practices, as well as in initiating respective processes through the MyPMI.
• Closely cooperates with EC, local P&C Managers by providing them with all information and services required to ensure proper management of employees
• Participates to Local and global initiatives/projects, supports thedeploymentin the affiliate collaborating with other functions

For Poland: In this position, you will earn no less than 8910 PLN gross per month

This is temporary assignment till the end of August 2027
