Job summary

Coforge in Kraków is seeking a Payments Application Support Engineer to manage payment integrations (cards, PSPs, APMs, FX, tokenization) in a hybrid setup.

You will troubleshoot issues using JSON, XML and SQL, implement lifecycle steps from requirements to deployment, and monitor test and production payment environments. Collaboration with the client, PSPs and Coforge teams is essential to deliver on time and with quality.

Role : Payment Application Support Engineer

Location : Krakow Poland (Hybrid).

Type : B2b Contract/UoP

• Available to attending project training sessions, subject to confirmation and depending on the customer preference. all expenses will be managed by client
• Responsible for overall project deliverables
• Business requirements (IQ’s) and baseline requirements gathering
• Project planning, resource and task planning, risk analysis & identification, and response planning and mitigation
• Coordination with all projects’ stakeholders (Merchant, PSP, Client, and Coforge teams)
• Providing timely reports to the respective client stakeholders
• Ensuring timely completion and sign-off by the respective stake holders
• Coordinating and collaborating between team and customer

Technical & Functional Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using JSON, XML, SQL, and log analysis
• Implementing lifecycle (requirements, setup, testing, deployment)
• Configure and monitor payment environments (test & production)
• Manage incidents and problems (triage, investigation, resolution, fixes)
• Support payment integrations (cards, PSPs, APMs, FX, tokenization)
• Work with CRM/ITSM tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Airline Client Win@proach)
• Operate within Client/Outpayce ecosystem and travel domain context
