Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a highly motivated technical advisor for Autodesk Customer Success in Kraków. You will deliver coaching sessions, understand customer workflows, and help clients maximize product investment with Autodesk solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor, develop enablement content, and lead live and scalable sessions while collaborating with a global team to drive measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of AEC tech and automation.
  • Experience with Cloud APIs and API testing tools like Postman.
  • Understanding of HTTP methods and JSON handling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with priorities.
  • Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver product, and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows.
  • Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
  • Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users, including workflow‑specific guidance and best‑practice sharing.
  • Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology
  • Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, in line with Autodesk quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) technologies and automation building blocks
  • Experience working with and supporting Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman for testing and automating API workflows
  • Understanding of HTTP methods, ability to construct and send HTTP requests to API’s and ability to handle JSON responses returned by API’s
  • Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities
  • Proven ability to be agile and learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demandingcustomers
  • Experience supporting automation in an enterprise environment or working directly with enterprise clients
  • Experience with Autodesk Platform Services
  • Experience scripting using VB, PowerShell, .NET, Python, C, or C++
  • Experience with low code / no code environments (e.g. Workato or PowerAutomate)
  • Enthusiasm and passion for technology and innovation
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
  • Excellent team player, enjoying supporting and interacting with other members of a global team.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Germany based roles, we expect a starting base salary between 60,000 EUR and 88,000 EUR. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
