Go Store It in Warsaw, MO is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to keep our self-storage facility clean, secure, and well maintained. You will walk the property daily, spot trash, damage, and equipment issues, and perform basic repairs.

Qualifications

• Turn over units after move-outs and prep for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms; ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site as needed.

What You'll Be Doing

Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that's off.
Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they're working.
Help customers when they're on site and need a hand.
Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you're proud to be part of.
