Job summary

Go Store It in Warsaw, MO is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to keep our self-storage facility clean, secure, and well maintained. You will walk the property daily, spot trash, damage, and equipment issues, and perform basic repairs.

This on-site role offers a hands-on environment with predictable schedules, paid time off, and tools provided to help you keep the property in top shape.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn maintenance tasks and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily, check for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, and issues.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch work.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash areas clean.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prep for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms; ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site as needed.
