Job summary

Solid Company in Poland is seeking a SEM Specialist to run Google Ads campaigns across international markets, leverage SA360 and Microsoft Advertising, and drive performance KPIs. You will collaborate with global WPP media houses and grow through guidance from senior colleagues.

Ideal candidates will have 1.5+ years of experience, strong analytics, and fluency in English, with proficiency in Excel/Sheets. Hybrid work from Polish offices is available.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in conducting Google Ads/Search campaigns.
• Strong analytics skills and a natural affinity for numbers.
• Ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
• Eagerness to work with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from one of the offices in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating directly with global WPP media houses to build and conduct SEM activities for international markets (e.g. UK, USA, EMEA).

• Working in a hybrid model from one of the offices in Poland, with teams in the office two days a week.

• Achieving established KPIs for e-commerce, performance, and brand recognition
• Analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and offering targeted recommendations
• Running SEM campaigns from A to Z, using Google Ads, SA360 and Microsoft Advertising
• Gaining experience with the assistance of more experienced professionals
• Working in a hybrid model from one of the offices in Poland (Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, or Wrocław), with teams in the office two days a week
