Hapag-Lloyd AG is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Intern to gain hands-on experience across IT Service Enablement, Service Management Platform, and Enterprise IT Infrastructure Services. You will execute test cases, document defects, validate fixes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases based on business requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Verify defect fixes and perform regression testing.
• Maintain testing documentation and reports.
• Identify and implement test automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to support product quality and testing efforts.
• Participate in Agile development activities.
• Support quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
