RTX Poland is seeking a highly motivated contracts intern to join the Contracts Department in Warsaw. You will support the Poland Patriot Program contracts and help prepare documentation for negotiations with key clients.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the final year of law school or contracts with a strong academic record.
• Proficiency in Polish and English with strong written and oral communication for international discussions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel, to manage contract details and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with contracts team to manage the Poland Patriot Program contracts.
• Develop high-quality documentation and presentations for negotiations with esteemed clients.
• Update contract performance timelines and issue certificates.
• Edit and proofread documents for clients with precision.
• Coordinate translations of crucial documents.
• Support the configuration management and archiving of contract documentation.
• Update Supplier Database and solicit quotes from suppliers and vendors.
• Engage in local procurement activities with careful attention to detail.
• Vet and integrate new suppliers to align with organizational goals.
