Capgemini Engineering is seeking a technical leader to own the Packet Core delivery across projects in a hybrid Poland-based role. You will coordinate technical teams, drive upgrades, and ensure successful integration and acceptance with customers and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have hands-on 4G/5G Core experience (MME, AMF, PGW, SGW, SMF, UPF, NRF, NSSF), deep knowledge of 3GPP standards, and a background in telecom delivery, risk management, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical leadership or project management within telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of Packet Core networks and end-to-end service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with 4G/5G Core technologies, including MME, AMF, PGW, SGW, SMF, UPF, NRF, and NSSF.

Responsabilités

• Own Packet Core delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Define delivery, deployment, and upgrade strategies.
• Coordinate technical teams, resources, and stakeholders.
• Lead technical risk, issue, and escalation management.
• Ensure successful integration, testing, and acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with customers, R&D, and Product Management.
• Drive service quality, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
