Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Poland seeks an experienced Packet Core Integrator Engineer to deploy, integrate and validate Packet Core network elements across 4G/5G environments. You will work with architects, project managers, customers and support teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires hands-on deployment, troubleshooting and documentation, with a hybrid work model and access to extensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Packet Core deployment, integration, or operations in telecom environments.
• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G Core Networks and Packet Core technologies including GGSN, SGSN, PGW, SGW, MME, AMF, SMF, UPF.
• Understanding of telecom protocols, network architectures, and 3GPP standards.
• Experience with software installation, configuration, testing, migration, and upgrade activities.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and incident management experience.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and telecom delivery processes.
• Experience with technical documentation, MOPs, ATPs, integration procedures, and software lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of ticketing and support processes, including collaboration with engineering and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and configure Packet Core network elements.
• Prepare and validate implementation procedures, templates, and technical documentation.
• Execute system, functional, and acceptance tests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support incident resolution.
• Perform software upgrades, migration, and feature activation activities.
• Collaborate with project, customer, and support teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvements, and technical documentation.
