Job summary

Philips is offering a Purchase to Pay Internship within our Finance function in Poland, Łódź. You will support global accounting projects, contact suppliers, and process invoices in SAP and Excel, gaining hands-on experience in a multinational environment.

The role suits students pursuing Finance, Economics or Business Administration, with English at least B2+ and a readiness to work 40 hours per week. Flexible hours and a civil contract remuneration are provided.

Qualifications

• You are currently studying towards a University Degree, ideally related to Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• You are fluent in English (at least B2).
• You are available to work at least 40 hours/week.
• You have a basic knowledge level of Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Supporting global projects in the accounting area.
• Contacting suppliers to confirm correct data.
• Performing easy daily activities in SAP and Excel such as entering and verifying invoices.
• Investigating root causes of issues, proposing (and implementing) solutions.
• Reporting and following up on assigned issues.
