Job summary

LTM in Warszawa (Warsaw) seeks a seasoned SAP CRM consultant with 8+ years of experience in CRM and C4C developments. The role covers CRM core activities, including service interactions via multiple channels, onboarding processes and data reporting. Strong knowledge of SAP CCIS in DACH and C4C sales modules is a plus.

The candidate will work on complex CRM projects, including data modeling, enhancements, and integration with ECC, leveraging ABAP, BADI, and UI tools to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM WEB UI Application Enhancement tool AET and BOL programming.
• Strong knowledge of BADI implementations and reporting.
• Experience with Interaction Centre and CRM Base Customizing.
