Job summary
Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a finance professional for the Global Finance Shared Services Centre in Warsaw. This role focuses on financial postings, accruals, and cash application, ensuring accurate revenue and payable processes in a multinational environment.
You will handle invoicing, intercompany activity, and KPI reporting while supporting transformation initiatives and system improvements. Fluency in Polish and English is required, with SAP and Business Warehouse experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Proven work experience in a finance/shared services environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish; ability to share ideas clearly.
Responsibilities
- Review postings, accruals, GL and AR reconciliations for timely reporting.
- Invoicing of deal partners per terms; review of manual journal entries.
- Intercompany invoicing and cash application oversight.
- Monitor JIRA & Cadency; escalate aged items for resolution.
- Support special projects and process improvements.
