State Street Corporation in Poland is seeking a Middle Office Administrator with strong investment banking knowledge to support client front and middle office teams and resolve trade discrepancies. You will collaborate with Investment Managers to ensure accurate trade data and timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes daily reconciliation, escalation of issues, and adherence to policies, with opportunities to work across global teams and gain exposure to OTC products, cash moves, and currency

Responsibilities

• Support Supervisor in highlighting and escalating client issues.
• Interact daily with clients and ISDA counterparts to review statements.
• Complete Detailed Checklist.
• Identify unusual or potentially suspicious activity and report/escalate per policy.
• Verify end of day process completion.
• Highlight and report issues to the Ireland client representative.
• Coordinate daily with Ireland Office to update the Operations Manager.
