Job summary

Mondelez International in Poland seeks a dedicated Order Management/Customer Service & Logistics professional to serve as the main contact for key customers, manage escalations, and drive service level improvements and KPI achievement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.

You will analyze data on on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock levels, and promotions to inform internal decisions and customer

Qualifications

• Experience in CS&L and with customers.
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or CPG company.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• SAP knowledge and expertise in MS Office.
• Customer orientation, strong influencing and communication skills.
• Focus on delivering productivity, service and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio.
