Mondelez International is seeking a Demand Planning professional to develop the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and SKU, coordinating inputs from sales, marketing, and partners. You will review disaggregated short-term demand plans and provide the finalized detailed demand plan to supply planners, adjusting based on feedback from the teams.

The role requires experience in FMCG, IBP/S&OP, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint.
• Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment
• Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on priorities and improving the plan.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the demand management cycle of the IBP process for your categories and to strategy and structure discussions.
• Liaise with commercial and operational teams to improve communication and support KPIs.
• Manage forecast compilation, owning short-term weekly plans and long-term forecasts.
• Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting.
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement and share results with leadership.

You will coordinate, challenge and influence building block with input from sales, marketing and other partners. In addition, you will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing.
