Job summary

MSA Safety in Warsaw is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to support presales, order management, and after-sales activities for regional customers. You will coordinate quotes, shipments, and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

The role requires ERP experience (SAP or similar), strong English, and a client-first mindset as you collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a similar job handling customer requirements post/pre order.
• SAP or other ERP experience nice to have
• Purchasing and order placement along with general supplier handling experience
• Experience in handling customers/suppliers and solving problems
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Detail oriented with analytical skills
• Excel and Microsoft tools experience
• Fluent in English
• Other languages nice to have

Responsibilities

• Handle presales process and all types of customer orders.
• Develop integrated product solutions referring to customer requests.
• Create quotations and advise customers on orders.
• Coordinate order management and pricing processes; ensure data accuracy.
• Handle after-sales activities including returns, credits and complaints.
• Support sales with customer data analysis and channel communications.
• Participate in projects and audits as needed.
