Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer for a project in the banking sector. You will design, develop, and maintain risk-area applications, integrate systems via REST API, and support Oracle APEX-based solutions.

Responsibilities include infrastructure optimization, Oracle platform administration, and cross-team collaboration with both technical and business units. Hybrid work model with two days monthly in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle APEX.
• Experience with Oracle databases, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies, Scrum.
• Ability to create technical documentation.
• Fluent Polish language.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and maintenance of applications supporting the risk area.

• Support and develop Oracle APEX-based internal apps.
• Optimize and develop infrastructure for applications and Oracle environments.

Job description

We are looking for a person for a project in the banking area, related to the development and maintenance of solutions based on Oracle APEX. The person in this position will be responsible for the development and support of applications supporting the risk area, including real estate, guarantees, insurance, deposits, and cards. We are looking for someone who can combine business and technical perspectives and collaborate freely with various teams.

Your tasks

• Design, development, and maintenance of several applications supporting the risk area


• Creating and developing integrations with internal and external systems, primarily using REST API


• Support and development of internal applications based on Oracle APEX


• Optimization and development of infrastructure supporting applications and Oracle environments


• Administration and maintenance of Oracle platforms – from the operating system level to the database


• Monitoring the performance of the environment and identifying and resolving issues related to applications, databases, and infrastructure


• Collaboration with technical and business teams in the development and implementation of new solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position


• Strong knowledge of Oracle APEX


• Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL and PL/SQL languages


• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum


• Ability to create technical documentation


• Fluent knowledge of Polish


• Openness to hybrid work - 2 days a month from the office in Warsaw
